Buying and managing mailboxes and domains via SmartSenders just got smoother. We've shipped a few new capabilities and cleaned up the issues you flagged.

Here’s what’s New:

• Add mailboxes to an existing domain - You can now purchase additional mailboxes on a domain you already own

• Bulk sender-profile management - Update from-name, signature, forwarding domain, and profile picture across multiple mailboxes in one action.

• 3DS Card Verification - all SmartSender purchases now go through 3D Secure, with retry on failure so you're never charged without an order

• SmartSenders billing tab - order history, active subscriptions, domain and mailbox billing, and upcoming charges in one place

• Restore deleted mailboxes - Deleted SmartSender mailboxes now stay in a pending state until a day before your billing cycle ends, so you can restore them.

Key Fixes and Improvements:

• Payment bug fixes - 3DS cancellations returning success, card purchases failing on invoice total mismatch, and incorrect amounts on the billing summary page.

• Google OAuth re-auth - Fixed silent token refresh failures on delivered mailboxes.

• Email forwarding - Fixed bounces on forwarding for delivered mailboxes.

• Apex domain redirect - Purchased domains now redirect to a live page, preventing reputation damage from dead landing pages.

• Domain payment status - Fixed NULL status showing for some domains within the same order.

• Delete / swap / recover mailbox or domain - View full domain history, swap a wrong domain before provisioning completes, and delete mailboxes without errors.

Now you can create up to 25 admin API keys, each with its own name.

One key for every integration is finally a thing of the past.

Until today, your entire Smartlead account ran on a single admin API key. One key powering your Zapier workflows, your Clay enrichment, your custom scripts, and every teammate touching the API. Rotating it broke everything. Revoking it broke everything. Debugging which integration was eating your rate limit?

What you can do now:

• Create a dedicated key per integration (e.g., "Zapier Integration", "Clay Sync", "Internal Dashboard")

• Give each team member their own key instead of sharing one

• Rename, reset, or revoke any non-primary key without touching the others

• Recover context on revoked keys from the new Revoked Keys tab

What hasn't changed: Your account's rate limit stays the same. It's now shared across all your admin keys instead of tied to one, so no surprise throttling.
