Delete a Single Mailbox, Not the Whole Domain

You can now delete just one SmartSenders mailbox. The other mailboxes on its domain keep working.

When you delete

  • See what gets deleted: each mailbox shows Mailbox-level (only that mailbox goes) or Domain-level (the whole domain goes). Pre-Warmed mailboxes are always Domain-level.

  • Mixed selections: you can delete SmartSenders and non-SmartSenders mailboxes together. Each group is shown separately.

  • Billing ends today: you'll get a warning if a mailbox's billing ends that day. It's deleted right away and can't be restored.

When you restore

  • Deleted mailboxes keep working until the billing cycle ends. Restore them anytime from Sender Accounts » Email Accounts.

  • Restore one mailbox, or select Restore all mailboxes on this domain to bring them all back.

Never Miss a Call from a lead again

You can now set a forwarding number for each Dialer number on your account. When someone calls that number, the call rings through to the phone you choose (usually your own), so you can pick up whether a lead is returning your call or has a question.

Every inbound call is also logged. You'll find the details in Call Logs → Inbound Calls.

How to turn it on

Go to SmartDialer → Settings → Inbound Calls and add a forwarding number to any Dialer number. To set up several at once, use bulk add.

How to turn it off

Go to SmartDialer → Settings → Inbound Calls and remove the forwarding number. To clear several at once, use bulk remove.

Automatically Detect and Replace Burning or Expiring Mailboxes

Auto-Replace detects mailboxes that are burning out or nearing their 1-year expiry and replaces them automatically, no manual work needed. It's live for every Smartlead user now.

Once it's on, Auto-Replace handles the full cycle:

  • Detects at-risk mailboxes automatically

  • Orders and provisions a replacement

  • Warms it up before putting it to work

  • Swaps it into the same campaigns

  • Removes the old mailbox once it's no longer needed

Where to turn it on: Email Accounts → Auto-Replace tab.

A quick setup takes your preferences, then it runs hands-free.
